Black Autumn Truffle - Tuber uncinatum · Grade I and White Truffle - Tuber magnatum Pico · Grade I are the current allocations. Black Summer Truffle - Tuber aestivum · Scorzone and Spring White Truffle - Tuber borchii are currently out of stock.
Approved chef accounts receive the Thursday Harvest List with species, grade, lot details, available grams, and current price per gram. Reserve by Sunday at the end of the day.
Confirmed reservations are scheduled for Wednesday-Friday delivery the following week. Delivery is $20 CAD under $170 CAD and complimentary at $170 CAD or more in a confirmed zone.
Private-client requests may be considered when a weekly lot allows. Use the Harvest List to ask about the current allocation.
