Ingredients
- 12 toasted crostini
- 150 g sauteed mushrooms
- 3 tbsp Black Truffle Sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley and sea salt
Method
- Toast crostini until crisp.
- Saute mushrooms with olive oil and salt.
- Fold in Black Truffle Sauce off heat.
- Spoon onto crostini and finish with parsley.
