Ingredients

  • 12 toasted crostini
  • 150 g sauteed mushrooms
  • 3 tbsp Black Truffle Sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley and sea salt

Method

  1. Toast crostini until crisp.
  2. Saute mushrooms with olive oil and salt.
  3. Fold in Black Truffle Sauce off heat.
  4. Spoon onto crostini and finish with parsley.
